• All gowns are made to order, including dresses purchased in standard sizing. Because each gown is individually made for your order, we do not accept returns for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or fit-related concerns.

• If you believe your gown has a fault or quality issue, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 2 weeks of receiving our return instructions.

International orders are shipped with tracked delivery. Taxes and duties applicable at checkout are collected and managed through Etsy and Australia Post, so most customers will not be required to pay additional import fees upon delivery.
