Products & Made-to-Order Items
Payton Bridal specialises in made-to-order and custom bridal garments. All dresses are handcrafted and may feature slight variations in fabric, lace placement, or finish as part of the bespoke process. These variations are not considered defects.
Product images are provided for reference only. Colour tones and textures may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, screen displays, and fabric dye lots.
Sizing & Custom Orders
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size or providing accurate measurements
- Custom sizing and made-to-order items are produced specifically for each client
- All custom sizing and custom-made orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds
- If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full before production begins.
Payton Bridal reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Production Time
All garments are made to order unless otherwise stated. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, fabric availability, or custom requests.
We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs processing, or courier disruptions.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, Payton Bridal is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or customs clearance issues.
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept those conditions.
Alterations
Payton Bridal does not provide alteration services after delivery. Minor alterations may be required locally for the perfect fit, which is standard for bridal garments.
